Our MAC department for moves, adds, and changes, is here to respond to all non-emergent system changes like:
- Adding employees
- Adding additional lines or removing current lines
- Small configuration changes
- Entire system relocations, moving to a new location or installing a new system
- Voice Mail changes
Most MAC work is small, and typically calls to this department are for things that can be planned for in advance.
Our response time for moves, adds and changes is a maximum of three days. Generally we are able to respond the following day.
